Marinas and Moorings in Anegada, Virgin Islands

Regional Notes

Anegada Island is difficult to navigate because of its many coral reefs and currents. Many charter companies make Anegada off limits. Scuba diving enthusiasts explore the 300 known wrecks which lie around the island. Approach can be made in good weather; with the sun overhead, the sea bed is visible. The harbour is to the east of Setting Point. Assistance is given over VHF 16 by Anegada Reef Hotel or Neptune's Treasure Restaurant. Anchorage should be paid for at the hotel, except for boats drawing over 7 feet, who can anchor at the commercial dock.
