It is twenty-five miles south of Miami, and ten miles west of the Everglades National Park with its alligators, American crocodiles and manatees. The city has historical sites and an antiques district in Krome and Washington Avenues. Homestead also has its own Everglades Alligator Farm, and a Motorsports Complex. |
